Since graduating from high school, I married and we have six wonderful children, two boys and 4 girls. They and their spouses have given us 26 grandchildren, there are 13 boys and 13 girls. We have one grandson and one granddaughter who are married. Our grandson has given us our first great grandson and great granddaughter. We made our home in Centerville Utah and reside there still.
Upon graduation I attended Weber State College where I earned my Associate Degree in Nursing. I worked at LDS Hospital, in Salt Lake City Utah, as a registered nurse. I worked the surgical, urology, gynecology, general surgery, oncology units. Three fourths of my career was working the night shift.
I happily retired and have devoted myself to my family and have served two years as a missionary with Family-search and now my husband and I serve a mission as the managers of the Centerville Home Storage Center. We are on our third year there..
I firmly believe that we must come to understand our roots in order to understand ourselves, so I continue to research and write my family's history.
