Ten years ago, through donations and silent auction, we had money to start a scholarship for a student at Weber High School; instead of just giving one scholarship, we decided to let the money sit for ten years and earn interest.  At present, we have $4407.59, so we need $3193.00 for a scholarship endowment; if we reach $7500, the Weber School District Foundation will match $2500.  The $10,000 amount will earn interest and dividends, creating a perpetual (permanent) scholarship to be given each year (starting this year) to a student or students. 

We would love donations of any amount!  Make your check payable to Weber School District Foundation and in the comment line write “WHS Class of '69 Scholarship.”  Mail to Weber School District Foundation, 5320 Adams Ave Pkwy, Ogden, UT 84405.  Don’t forget to write in the comment line on your check or the money might go elsewhere.  We will also be taking donations both nights of our reunion.
